I own a Samsung Smart Monitor M7 (Model code: LS32BM700UUXEN).
My monitor is currently on software version 1440:
Now a new version 1470 is available for installation (via the monitor interface, and from the support website).
Inside update download file T-NKLBWWC_1470.0_USB.zip , file info.txt has the following information:
[Main information] upgrade type: USB model string: T-NKLBWWC major version: 1470 minor version: 0 build date: 2023-02-24 release name: SWU-OU_T-NKLBWWC-01470-2023-02-24-Release firm code: SWU-OU_T-NKLBWWC_01470_2023-02-24 firm version: 01470.2023-02-24 used key type: Nike-L B 2022 rel key decrypted aes key/Nike-L B 2022 rel key private rsa key tool version: 1.10 cipher suite: aes-256-cbc-sha512 partitions: 123456789101213141518192223 md5sum: d9315c1575360d59bbc0ff331c209d29
But which features, bugfixes, and changes does this new version 1470 actually provide?
Did anyone already install it and can give feedback?
Thank you very much
1470 firmware is causing "pixel overshoot" on the edges of fast moving objects on my LS32BM500. It is an extremely serious problem, the previous version 1032 did not have this problem, they need to be fixed immediately. If the monitor's software cannot be downgraded by the service I will have to return it to the shop.
Oof, 1470 looks bad! Thank you very much for sharing the video; I will not upgrade to 1470 then.
