We bought our 55” in 2019. Pretty early in that year the tv started getting a black shadow area in the corner. After a little while it went away. Then it started again on the opposite side for a while and then went away. We had a really hard time with customer support. As of last month the center of the screen had a shadow and the sides were normal. As of today I noticed a bad smell and the tv was hot. Now the whole left side is black! This tv should have lasted longer than this. It even states that Samsung tvs should last up to at least 6 years. I’m very disappointed.
