The service replaced my screen with a new one and the new one is very dark. I restored all settings. Can you do something? Do you report the problem to Samsung

The intervention was done in an authorized Samsung service center? Did you contact the service center after the intervention?

The intervention was done by an authorized service. I did everything through the Samsung website. And I called them that I was not satisfied with the brightness of the screen. They told them to wait for a callback
