reset parental lock pin for TV web browser on a QLED tv

Does anyone know how to reset the parental lock pin from the Web browser?

I'm looking for a solution that will not require a full tv reset.

Samsung support wasn't able to help me, they reset the system PIN multiple times but there is no relation between the two pins.

Hi, @Ambrozie. Our friends at the Samsung US Community have noted that you should be able to reset your parental lock PIN using your remote control.

I have posted the screenshot below:

As far as I'm aware, you can't reset the PIN using a web browser, but the aforementioned steps should enable you to do this without having to do a Factory reset on your TV.

Unfortunately, this is not for the PIN I'm looking to reset. The process works and resets the tv PIN but the one I want to reset si the parental lock Pin in the Web browser.

I had the same problem and after hours looking for options, I managed to solve it by uninstalling the internet application and installing it again. Hope it works for you too.

Just delete the internet app and install it again. You can set the pin again. I tried, it works.
