Buffering issues

I have a new HD 60"smart TV DU7100.  which is performing badly.   All the standard features work well but if you are going ON Demand or via a web browser to flikr or viemo the TV just buffers for ages. Plus the web browser takes 40 seconds between screens. I have 500GB in and out signal on my broadband at the TV.  Samsung hard reset completed twice now and its using the latest firmware ...has anyone else expierienced this...not happy with Samsung at all as theya re just saying return it to retailer ..which is a pain.

Is it wired Ethernet connection or WiFi?

Whilst WiFi should be fine, I ALWAYS use ethernet.

I use sky stream for my TV so everything via the internet and have 80mbs down, 20 up with no issue (TV is LG) but about up upgrade to 500mb down 75 up service. (Can't wait).

Thanks ... it seems like a memory issue in the TV unfortunately hard wired internet is difficult in this situation..
