QWERTY key board not showing on TV

I am having an issue with my Samsung UHD smart TV

when I click on a box on google it the web browser box the key board no longer pops up for me to enter any information.

Please can you confirm the model number of your TV? Do you have an external USB or Bluetooth keyboard connected?
