2018 Samsung TV showing connection error with blue arrows.

This is a long shot. 
I have a 55” Samsung 8 series that started to show a connection icon when I got home from work. Just cable with 2 blue arrows. 
I figured it was the One connect box so I ordered a new board from Samsung. Just to be safe, I ordered a new cable for the box as well. It is a cable from Amazon. 
I put the new circuit board in the one connect and hooked everything back up and it’s still showing the same connection picture. 
Can anyone tell me what my other options are? Could it be a weird Amazon cable or is it something inside the tv itself?

Nope. Ended up buying a new model through Samsung. Got a brand new version for under $375 shipped to my house. 
It’s something in the TV. I’m pretty sure it was due to some kind of power surge. 
Go through customer service to get a good deal on a new tv. 
Haggle with them over price. They started at retail and I ended up paying less than half of retail for a new one.
