I have an mp4 that I'm trying to show on a Samsung TV in the lobby where I work. There is no sound, but the TV keeps giving the error message "This audio data is not supported" each time the video loops to the beginning. How do I get rid of that?

@gwenlynn: Please can you let me know the full model number of your TV? This can be found on the sticker on the back of the device, or in Settings > Support > About This TV. Does the error message remain on screen, or does it disappear after a short period? It is likely that the TV doesn't support the audio codec in the mp4 file, therefore, in the meantime, I recommend trying an alternate file or files to see if the issue persists.

I play MP4 movie with AAC Audio Codec and sound stop suddenly until I press the right / left button in the remote control then the sound will resume and the problem will occur again in a short time.
*My tv model is 55QN95B (FW 1622.6)
*Media Info:
MPEG4 Video (H264) 1920x1080 23.976fps 2048kbps
[V: Korean [kor] (h264 high L4.1, yuv420p, 1920x1080, 2048 kb/s)] Audio: AAC 48000Hz stereo 279kbps [A:
Korean [kor] (aac Ic, 48000 Hz, stereo, 279 kb/s)]
*File played from both local USB fresh drive and Network NAS.
* I tried to factory restore and update firmware to 1622 but no luck
* Actually, file can play perfectly in their old model 48JU7800.
* I suggest to provide file to their support team for testing but their stuff said don’t accept third party file according to their company policy.
I feel very disappointed now.
Hope Samsung can update their firmware to solve this problem.
