QR code

When I connect my iPhone to the tv it just shows a QR code I have done a factory reset but still shows the QR code 

Anybody any ideas

I resolved it by throwing away the non-Apple branded adapter and forking out for the correct Apple branded adapter!

Thanks. I did the same thing.  When I had the cheaper version from Amazon I had the annoying QR code come up but not with the real Apple product.

I just rec'd a 65" neo qled TV today from Costco... powered it on...qr code shows... tried walking thru the setup process without any manual or instructions provided... failed. Now only get qr code... nothing else. This is *****. I can't believe no one from Samsung can tell us how to fix this issue. 😢
