Error Code HTTP 404 on Samsung TV & Error - ParserException

hi we have guests in our house - I am not in the same country so can take any action The Tv appears to stop showing - the error codes he has shared is  Parser Exception & today Unable to open stream Server Error HTTP404 - any ideas what may be happening and how to recity?  Thanks

Hi @Sandi-B  can you provide a bit more information.  is the issue just with streaming?  404 is the general cannot be found error and the parse exception error tends to indicate an issue with data or code of an app. Ensure you have the latest firmware, can be checked on Samsung support and updated via USB if not available over air.  check Apps are on latest updates but may be set to Auto update as recommended. if just issue with particular apps can be reinstalled. 

However appears there is a connectivity issue and can try following Troubleshooting:

switching off Tv for a minute, a soft Reset (pressing and holding power button on Smart Remote for around 5 seconds until Tv restarts ) and rebooting router(unplug from mains) Another possible solution is to change the DNS settings. Go to Network-Network Settings-DNS Settings. Change from Automatic to to 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4. (Google servers) or 208.67.222.222 or 208.67.220.220 (Open DNS)
