Hi,

I have a QE43QN90DATXXN smart tv with firmware 1301, and I can't use the Prime app anymore. This happend all of a sudden about a month ago with Prime app version 5.2.1.  When I start the app, I see the Amazon logo, and after about 20 seconds the error code 0.28 appears.

I tried the following:

* reinstalled the Prime app
* reset smarthub
* unplug TV from mains and waited one minute
* restarted the tv (holding the power button, the Samsung logo shows during start)
* restarted the router (after waiting 10 minutes)

Since 25 June there is a new version of the Prime app: 5.2.5.
This version doesn't solve my issue.

Apps like Netflix and Disney have no issue. Also the smarthub connectivity test shows that my network and internet connection are okay.

Does anyone have the same issue? And how did you solve this issue?

Kind regards,
Michael

Just got a message from the team, they launched a new version of the app, and it’s working for me now! I updated it, and it fixed the issue right away!

Yes, me too. App version 5.2.7 is installed and the problem is solved. :smiling-face:
I got a private message from Prime Video about the new release.

Still not working for me. This issue started, must be 4 months ago now, or longer. Every once in a while I fiddle with the steps without any success. I'm going to shrug this away now as having an old TV (10 years) which no longer has updates. I'm loathe to get a new TV because it works perfectly apart from disappearing apps (ITV, C4 & C5 catch up). My disdainful sniff is this: if I bought a new TV, how long will it last before apps are no longer supported, again?
