QN90B Local Dimming broken after Update

My Local Dimming of my new TV (<1 month) does not work anymore after the newest Firmware Update to 1504. I am really frustrated because since I got this TV, the problems won't stop. I could not enjoy my TV since I purchased it and now the Update turned it to junk.
Has anyone else got this issue?

Is there the hue app and does local dimming work?

Just bought the 55qn90b. Firmware updated to 1520 during setup. Local dimming seems to work fine
