Has anyone come across a software glitch where the video resizes and a blank bar appears on the side? On the HDMI inputs the bar is there constantly but on the native streaming apps like Netflix, etc. it’s full screen when scrolling through titles but then resizes when actually playing.

I’ve ruled out a hardware issue as the native settings menu still shows across the full screen like normal and did a picture setting reset plus self diagnostic picture test where the full image showed up.
Any recommendations on the way forward?
