QN90B hdmi input disconnecting from video card

My samsung qn90b hdmi input disconnects when coming out of game back to desktop screen. I have to disconnect my hdmi plug and plug it back in to get my desktop back on screen after stopping a game. I have my pc hooked up to my tv via my 3090. All my settings are right as far as i know, and everything else seems to be working fine.

I have the same issue. I have a 3080. I've tried several new hdmi cables. I can plug my pc in via my avr... but if I plug directly into the TV nope. It disconnects randomly or flickers strangely when I turn on hdr.

Tried every setting, or setup, different ports etc. Something weird going on
