I purchased a Qn90b Samsung 65 inch about 8 Moths ago. This week I noticed I had a black screen when trying to use my chrome cast. At first i though the chrome cast had died, and didn't think much of it. Bu today I realised my chrome cast is fine, and actually all my HDMI ports on my tv no longer worked.
I have tried the following:
Resetting the TV,
Waiting 30 minutes with all cables unplugged, then powering on
Trying multiple cables and multiple device,
Running the hdmi diagnostic, this just causes the TV to instantly reset.
swapping ports.
Is there any thing I can do ?
Is this a know topic or did I just buy a dud.
I am scared t swap it out for another TV just due the huge inconvenience this has caused. The only reason I chose this tv was for THE 120hz hdmi display ports

It may be worth giving our Support Team a quick call to see if they can help with this. It sounds as though your HDMI ports will need to be reset, which they should be able to do for you. You can call them on 03330000333, Mon-Fri | 8am to 8pm, or Sat-Sun | 9am to 6pm.
