Hi, I have a QLED TV model number QE43Q60RATXXU.
It has a fault where when switching on the normal QLED logo comes on then the screen goes very faint with no sound, plus occasionally no screen but sound.
Have tried usual unplug and wait, to no avail.
A full reset gets the screen back with no sound, however, has an awful picture when on terrestrial aerial (all channels). BBC Iplayer did play but with no sound.
On turning off and then turning back on, the TV reverts to the original problem - v faint picture and no sound. Doing a reset again gets the screen back with no sound, as above, but goes back to original problem again when turned off.
Updated the software to the latest version 1420.0, however, this has not done anything to help.
Any ideas?
