Samsung S95C White Line

Hi. This line appeared this morning on all sources. No physical damage. TV purchased July 2023. Waiting for shop where purchased from to open to call them but in the meantime any ideas or recommendations ? Looks like screen totally gone to me ? Comes back if tv turned off and on.

Had this a few years back, try contacting Samsung support to try remote diagnostics, though most you can do in the TV settings.

Beyond that, I would say a screen failure, mine was purchased via John Lewis, ended up with a full refund.

When my curved 9000 series Samsung went, it was a bedroom TV, I decided to try LG OLED, rarely use it, maybe 3 times in a year 🤦🏻‍♂️
