Can anyone help with this: I’ve noticed vain enough I bought the tv in November 2020, that when using the apps such as a Netflix, Amazon Prime etc the sound drops off and becomes really quiet.
this isn’t the case when using ordinary tv/sky, both Standard and Amplified sound is great. Neither sound option works well when using the apps, which I find rather unusual. Does anyone know how to fix this?

What's the full model code and current software version of your TV? Go to Home > Settings > Support > About This TV.

Thanks for that. Your TV is on the latest software. Let's try a Smart Hub Reset to see if that helps. Go to Home > Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Reset Smart Hub.

Hi, I ran the diagnosis and it all seems to be good. I also rest the smart hub but there is no change. The sound is still very quiet when using any of the apps.
