Ordered a tv two weeks ago, to be delivered today. Last night i was toldnitnwould arrive today....a few hours before it was told it it hadn't arrived in depot couldn't be located.
Samsung then say it hadn't been sent.
I response to my complaint they write repeating what I said to them.
I then get an e mail to say it will arrive next week.... or it won't because I am working
Should have went to the supermarket an got one there
