Hi Everyone,
My Samsung smart TV (Model UE65TU7105KXXC) is just over 3 years old and in the last couple of days started this restart loop - (start screen saying SMART TV powered by Tizen) and then shuts down - this happens every 5 or so seconds. Cannot do anything further or allows to do anything further. Occasionally it stays stuck on "TV - no signal" screen but when you touch any button on the remote, the TV goes off and the loop starts again.
Number of things I have tried after reading the forums, however none have helped:
1) Leave the TV power cord disconnected for hour or so to try...
2) Change the batteries on the remote
3) Remove all HDMI connections and see if that helps....
Nothing works and I am stuck (just like the TV...). Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

@LGib2024: If you have tried unplugging the TV at the wall for 30 seconds, then plugging it back in, and the issue has persisted, then an engineers inspection and repair is recommended in order to resolve the issue. If you are based in the UK then please follow the link below, where you can arrange the inspection yourself.
https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/repair/
Alternatively, head to samsung.com > Scroll to the bottom of the page > Contact us, and get in touch via your preferred contact method for further support.

Thank you AndrewL, however no it didn't work. To also add we live in Gibraltar so can't really arrange for it to be checked. However, to add, strangely the TV decided to work properly again - we didn't do anything to it. It was just left off for few days and then I just put back on again and it has been working OK since. So keeping my finders crossed, hope it stays ok.
