Hi, I downloaded the PC to TV Easy Connection app on my PC, logged in, and the app displays "currently waiting for connection." On the TV, the PC to TV Easy Connect tab shows that it's detecting my PC. However, when I attempt to connect, it shows the message "Unable to connect to DESKTOP. Please make sure that your PC is turned on and connected to the network. the pc and tv are bouth connected via cable to the same router
