Hello, I have a new Frame tv and it's set up with Wi-Fi and the One Box is connected to aerial socket, but there are no terrestrial / Freeview channels. I've tried auto-tuning and resetting on numerous occassions but still nothing. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

Hi, finally managed to sort this on my 2021 frame tv. If you go into settings - broadcasting - service provider settings - open service provider settings. Once you're here set your location and agree to the t&c's and it should start to autotune for you.

Hello. I have just bought a T5300 and was rather puzzled too. The Auto Tune section was greyed out in the Broadcasting settings. However I realise that I plugged the aerial in after the TV was powered on. A restart fixed this for me. Unsure if this was the actual issue and TV was simply being too clever for its own good? All Freeview channels now available in addition to Samsung TV Plus channels. Hope this might help. Colin.

After twelve months of owning this TV it suddenly lost access to all terrestrial channels and left just the Samsung TV options. Tried lots of the suggestions here with no luck. Tried retuning digital channels many times but whilst it reported a hundred plus channels all the types (TV, Radio, etc.) showed zero.
So in desperation I chose to retune using the 'Digital & Analogue' option knowing that there are no analogue ones now, and it worked! It scanned at a much slower rate than previously and clocked up the quantity of each type of channel. Worked for me - please give it a go, I know how aggravating this problem is!

How about the Samsung 43- inch UE43TU7100KKXXU. That one does not, repeat NOT, have built-in Freeview. If you know better, show me the specs that say otherwise.

Sorry Grandadandy,
My reply above wasn't meant for you, it was for another guy who insisted we were all talking rubbish if we claimed we didn't have Freeview. Don't know how it ended up under your post 😐

Hi all - I know this is an old post but I am experiencing the exact same issue and can't seem to fix it.
I have a Samsung UE50TU8000 and suddenly lost all my terrestrial channels. I have tried retuning (both digital and digital & analogue), turning the tv on and off, unplugging & waiting before plugging back on, doing a factory rest. Nothing seems to fix it!
I've also noticed that the signal information" section in "Device Care" is greyed out which makes me think my TV simply does not recognise the aerial plugged in. I don't have another TV to test the aerial but it used to work perfectly fine until it did not.
I've also tried with a paperclip instead of the aerial (like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TycL8LkA8i8) but it did not work.

Sounds to me that you may have a problem with your aerial. Probably worth you investing £15 in an aerial signal strength tester, for example SLX 27867R/S Digital Aerial Signal Finder | Satellite & Signal Finders | Screwfix.com

Similar issue for me, no option to tune, but i have a coax input and output on the TV. Must be option in hidden service menu to turn it on. Anyone?

That's what it was. Dead Aerial, which is surprising as it was working fine and then just stopped all of a sudden.
I also have a dish on my roof so tested that (which works) and bought a freesat box (my Samsung TV only has Freeview built-in).
Thanks!
