About three weeks ago, I noticed a buzzing noise when playing Netflix. The noise seemed to come from the back of the right bottom corner when facing the TV's front.
The noise only appears when:
- Playing Netflix assets (the TV app)
- Using PS5
There is no such buzzing noise when:
- Playing MP4 files with the TV
- Playing Disney+ assets
- Playing YouTube clips
- Playing Freeview terrestrial programs
- Playing BBC iPlayer
The noise issue persists regardless of using external speakers (Digital Optical Connections) or the internal built-in TV speaker. The noise immediately stops when exiting the app.
I have tried a factory reset, but the issue still persists.
The issue takes 5-30 minutes to reproduce. It first appeared about three weeks ago.
I suspect it is related to UHD or some specific audio codec triggering the issue.
My TV model is Samsung 75 Inch Q80B QLED 4K Smart TV.
