I have recently purchased a Qe55595 tv & Q930 D sound bar. The problem is when turning them on I get no sound from the sound bar. Both TV & sound bar have power. To get sound I have to turn off both and power back up (sometimes 3-4 times) Occasionally sound will come on at 1st attempt.If I disconnect the sound bar and use the tv speakers no,problem. From what I understand the sound bar & TV should power on together. This should I also believe be a plug and play set up and link the soundbar & TV automatically. Is there somthing I am missing.
