I've recently purchased two TV's from Samsung and when running the Device Care feature on the TV Settings menu, I get amazed on the bizarre results I get! Why having the "Auto Power Off" enabled is an issue for better viewing experience, specially when the minimum time is 4 hours? Or having the "Sound Output" set for an external speaker is an issue, if the speaker is a Soundbar HW-Q800C from Samsung? Or even subtitles on if this is the user preferred way to watch TV? All these results (photos attached) reported as "issues" are absolutely misleading and nonsense. Can Samsung have a look at this and get the firmware dev team to fix this? Cheers
