Brightness control on Tizen OS leaves much to be desired. Even on top of the line TVs like Neo QLED.

For eg: keeping the TV at max brightness is easy. However, switching between max and minimum possible brightness is a pain! There is no quick toggle in quick settings to say switch between 0/25/50/75/100 % brightness levels.

During night time, whenever I need to switch to minimum brightness, I need to:

Goto, Settings Bar > Settings > General and Privacy > Power and Energy Savings > Turn on both Brightness Optimisation, Brightness reduction radio buttons. (with minimum brightness bar set to 0)

In morning when I need the full brightness, I need to repeat this whole process and turn off both the aforementioned brightness toggles. This is horrible for such a simple use case! (this has been same since last 2-3 OS updates)

Adding to this, there is a bug where the Brightness Optimisation radio button automatically gets turned on (after few minutes of manual turnoff) - this happens sometimes, its intermittent behaviour.

I saw somewhere that in other countries there is a power saver toggle on the quick settings bar ??? why not roll out this feature or its better version to all the regions ? I remember in our old LG TV there was a quick toggle for brightness, something like: 0/25/50/75/100%

Quick settings can be accessed via the Samsung Smart Remote  Settings/Number/Color(Option) for the most  frequently used  functions, the case in India as well. May not provide all your desired options though.

Maximum Brightness should be automatically enabled when viewing HDR content.

You may though wish to post in your own community as this one is for the uk/European communities.  https://r2.community.samsung.com/t5/India/ct-p/in?page=1&tab=recent_topics
