No HD Freeview channels on UE22D5003

Hi

All of the specs on the UE22D5003 state that this model has an HD tuner and is advertised as Full HD. Despite this it will not detect any HD Freeview channels. Either on Autoscan or Manual scan of Channel 21 (Rowbridge Meridian). I can get all of the Freeview channels on my main Samsung TV using the same antenna feed as a test. Any ideas?

Hi @AllanB.

What software version is your TV running on? Go to Menu > Support > Contact Samsung? Also, let's try a soft reset of the TV. Go to Menu > Support > Self Diagnosis > Reset.

Software version is T-MSU4DEUC -1011.0
There is no reset option under the self diagnosis menu.
