After the last Update and the issues it caused I have turned off Automatic Updates.
Just had a message asking me to allow a new update, I have declined update until I have more information.
Does anyone know what it is for ?
Does it work ?
Thanks

Up until Now only the mu6103 is the only 2017 model that has confirmed HDR 10+ looking at the gama options under firmware 1270.3. Anyone else?

I also do not appear to be getting HDR10+ on a 2017 MU6400 model , ST. 2094 not appearing as option in setttings and I am only getting ST. 2084 on Amazon Prime content which is stated to be HDR10+ (though have not tried then all yet)
https://www.trustedreviews.com/how-to/find-netflix-amazon-hdr-content-2942413 , there is also this older list here
This article just says that 2017 models require a firmware update

At the very least that option should appear greyed out, and activate when HDR10+ is detected.

Can any moderator explain this.
HDR10+ was announced in 1250.5 afaik and everywhere confirmed as realised. Now there are 2017-tellies with gamma ST.2094 (hdr10+) and other 2017-tellies not. Why ?

Same here. Can you find out whether Samsung are working on a firmware that will enable HDR10+ on their 2017 MUs?

I was not able to find out anything more definitive myself, however have been in touch wiith Moderator @AntS who has passed the query on to the AV specialists. Therefore, hopefully clarification in due course on the situation with HDR10+ on 2017 models.

Many thanks @JAMES4578, @AntS
On a slighty different subject I happy to report that Nvidia Shield TV Experience Update 8.0.1 fixed the problem I had with green flashes on my MU6470 over HDMI.
Happy days.
[Edit] Afrer further inspection it seems that the flashes are still appearing but there are far far less frequent than before.
