Netflix not working on UE65RU7100KXXU

Hi. I’ve seen previous posts saying they get the following error: Unable to connect to netflix. Please try again

But I don’t even get that. If I press the Netflix button or select the app, it will say Netflix loading, then just return the the screen as it was previously.
Other apps seem to be okay and Netflix works on my other non-Samsung devices.
This is the first day I’ve set up the tv (even tho’ it’s been sat in the box for a year), so I’m unfamiliar of how to use it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

@Ddmac : Have you connected to your TV to your home router via Home > Settings > General > Network > Open network settings? If so, please check your Network Status (Settings > General > Network > Network Status) to ensure that your connection isn't the issue. If it's ok, head to Home > Apps > Settings (cog symbol in the top right) > Scroll over to Netflix > Reinstall, to see if this helps.

Thank you Andrew but when I turned on the TV today, Netflix was working 🐵
