Dark Screen with sound

Qled tv, the screen randomly dims along to the point I can not see what is happening on the screen.i have been through the settings that I think would make the TV screen dim, the only way this is corrected is by turning the TV off at the mains, waiting a few minutes then switching back on, if anyone has any idea why this is happening or knows how to correct this

@99456: If your TV is dimming sporadically, then please check the following settings to see if you notice an improvement.

Settings > General > Intelligent Mode Settings > Adaptive Picture

Settings > General > Eco Solution > 1)Ambient Light Detection, 2) Energy Saving Mode, and 3) Motion Lighting

Yes we have tried all these settings,it is more when we switch the TV on,the back light sometimes does not come on, could this be a fault with the TV?

Yes if you have already disabled all of the above and it's still doing it

Yes , faulty tv .

Known issue with Q700 and QN700 models. Send it back and stay away from those model. Issue will come up again if you accept replacement of same models
