when streaming Netflix getting the message on my screen "Netflix has encountered an error. Retrying in 7 seconds.

Hi @ErrorcodeUI-800-3, thanks for reaching out. Which TV model are you experiencing this on? Can you also confirm the software version on your TV? You can find this in Support > Software Update.

Hi there, I was getting the same issue on my samsung qled 4k tv which i was able to fix by restarting my tv. There are other fixes to this issue mentioned here. I did the troubleshooting from the post in the link, you can try the fixes from there for this issue.
