I have no problem playing 1080p files with external subs/srt. But video files that have embedded srt/subs do not automatically play. How do I access this?
Another problem is even after I have updated to latest software, I still have the CAPTION on DISABLED mode, it is grayed out.
Any idea why this is?
Please help , as the 2016p files plays very well on this tv, but we need the subtitles as we have hearing impaired living with us. 😢
