According to ITVX, Samsung have not updated the firmware allowing such for this model. Annoying, but you have two options via a laptop: 1, WiFi connection to your TV or 2: HDMI cable between TV & Laptop. ITVX runs perfectly on my HP laptop, and so far using WiFi, found the TV and links no problem. Once connected initially looks like a laptop screen, but after a short while clears to give uncluttered display like a TV program.
