ISP Block and cant install any app - Error Code 202 and 102035 -

Hi! My Frame TV's App Store stopped working all of a sudden, and now I can't install any apps.

I have tried all suggestions I have found online so far:

- Factory reset the TV

- Reset Smart Hub

- Tried using a mobile hotspot - still same problem with 5G operator

- Changed several DNS servers to, lastly it is on 8.8.8.8

- Checked for firmware updates

- Changed regional settings on my Samsung account

- Restarted all devices at home (Modem, Router, TV - Started with order Modem->Router->TV)

 
Model: QE55LS03RAUXXC

Firmware version: 1500

Smart Hub Connection Test shows ISP Blocking Service: Error 202.

When trying to install any app, it tells Unable to install, Error: 102035

Any suggestions? Very annoying problem.

The same thing happened to me tonight. Couldn't open HBOmax, tried doing diagnostics and get error 202 that states ISP is blocking. Did a reset on Samsung Smart TV Plus and it deleted all apps. Can't reinstall anything because it can't communicate with the Samsung server in order to Agree to the software terms and agreements.  This is starting to feel like there is a problem with the Samsung server... not with the physical TVs.

Reading another reply, and my same experience I suspect this is a problem with the Samsung server, not the physical televisions.

I have a similar problem to you, model QA55Q60TAKXXT. At first, I tried turning it off and on again, trying to restart the internet, trying to insert the LAN cable, resetting the system, but it didn't work. But when I tried connecting to the internet from my mobile phone and entering it, accepting the settings, waiting for it to load for a moment, then it will ask me to accept everything.
