Media missing from TV home screen

TV model is QA75QN90BASNZ

As of today I'm missing the media section on the home screen. All I have is account, search and ambient.

I can find anything in settings to add it back, I've completely reset the TV and it's still missing.

So I'm unable to access apps, like YouTube, Spotify, Netflix etc

I have the same issue and contacted Samsung support, seems to be server related on Samsungs end. All we can do is wait. But does make you ask the question, why it cannot show the apps anyway..

Hey, from Malaysia here using QA65Q70BAKXXM.

I also having the same issues , been messing around with the device care , reset  smart hub & factory reset tv thing for couple hours. But still no luck.

Luckily know that i am not the one who facing this issues. Must be related to Samsung then.

Live chat Samsung and filed a report, they cant answer what's wrong. Just replied me that service team will contact me within this few days.

Same problem never again Samsung ***** TV, so sad its my 3rd Frame TV gonna replace them with a different brand without that ***** from Samsung.

Did total reset 2 times and got the same issue so clearly on Samsung side not with you.

Some "clumsy" step to access to apps before they fixed it -

Go To "Seach" - search "Spotify" or any apps that u want.
Launch it there.

For mine, my Remote doesnt have youtube button , so i have to use the Splite view to launch it

Cant really launch anything after resetting the TV fully and remotes home button completely screwed only working inside the apps but not the Samsung main window. This is a joke for 2,5k TV
