I have a new 58” uhd tu7175.
I cant mirror my iphone to the tv. The tv shows up in my mirror screen but nothing happens and after a while I get a error message saying: ’cant connect to samsung tv ”AVputputcontextdeviceconnectionfailurereasondevicenotConnectedTointernet”.
i have doublecheck and my tv is connected to the internet and inhave tryed to reboot an disconnect it for a while but I get the same error message.
Can you make sure that your iPhone and TV are both connected to the same network, as this is required for screen mirroring to function correctly. If they are, try resetting your router by unplugging it at the wall to see if this helps, and check for any available updates on both your phone and TV. On the TV itself, head to Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now.
