I have a samsung Smart TV UE 55KS9005. I bought Amazon Echo Dot 4th generation equipment and i am trying to connect my smart TV to the smart Things app so that i can use the Echo Dot with this TV fully. But while going inside the SmamrtThings, i found that Samsung Smart TV UE 55KS9005 in not visible and seen in the supported devices list.
I have a apple iphone 10. I put my TV and my phon on the same WI Fi network but still not successful.
Please let meknow if you can help me how to sort this issue out. There are 100 other TV serials numbers listed in the supported devices list but not this TV.
