Screen Mirroring

Hi, I own a Samsung 6 series TV and for a long time now haven’t being able to screen mirror from my IPhone, I found out it had moved to SmartThings app earlier today yet am still unable to. Does this mean my TV is no longer supported?

Hi @LewisRhys Smart Things is compatible with Samsung Tv's from 2016 and beyond , should be fine. I think you should note that the Smart Things app is not free: $29.99/year

That is not correct, the Smart Things app is completely free certainly if downloaded from official sources.

Samsung 6 Series should still support AirPlay, so check if it's enabled in Settings > General > Apple AirPlay Settings. If SmartThings isn’t working, try third-party apps like DoCast, which lets you screen mirror from iPhone without complex setup. Also, ensure both devices are on the same WiFi!
