Smart view is not working

Hi,

When ever I try to mirror my samsung a54 screen to my samsung 7 series 75 inch tv It never shows on my samung. I've tried it on my note 20 ultra and it doesn't work on that also. To see I tried it on my friends iphone 13 pro max and for some reason it would mirror to my sasmung tv. If any one knows the problem pls let me know

I had this problem on my Sony TV. The workaround for me was to ensure the TV'S input source was first switched to screen mirroring before attempting to connect my Samsung device. Once the TV was switched to that input the connection was instant.

I tried that but on my sasmung device it would say no device found while I'm sitting opposite it

Hi, swipe down from top of your phone screen into your quick panel and tap the smart view button. Ensure both devices are on the same wi-fi network
