Q symphony

My qn90b tv not showing q symphony when using samsung q990b soundbar. I'm connected properly, and it does find the soundbar but without q symphony.

Have you cycled through thr sound input options. You may have a few.

For me symphony is the 2nd option.

Yes I have done that but no tv + soundbar comes up. Soundbar wifi appears but does not work. Whatever I pick it defaults back to tv speakers

Ok, hold the power button on your remote til it resets, mines done this before and a soft reset seems to fix

On my soundbar you press both volume buttons to reset. Have reset bar and tv to no avail.

Hmm, that's very odd, I've had 2 q soundbar tv setups and the power off for 5 secs always fixes it

Tried removing the hdmi cable and putting back in?

I'm gonna have a look online see if there's any tips.
