Interference on the menus and sound.

Hi,

the tv in question is UE65NU7470 LED

About a week ago there seems to be the start of some interference.  See videos.   I have not changed anything, it just started happening. 

I have tried a reset via the menu, different HDMI leads, and optical sound cables and nothing seems to be working. 

 

Any advice.

@Mrjo90 I've now approved the videos for you. Does the distortion occur on the Picture test? Could you please check for any pending updates by heading to Settings > Support > Software update > Update now, and could you also confirm the current version your TV is running?

I’ve tried all that. Yes appears on test pic.  It’s like there is something interfering.

@Mrjo90: Is the interference occurring on all channels and sources? If you power off the TV, unplug it at the wall for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and power back on using the remote, does the problem persist?

Hi. Yes I’ve tried all that.  The issue is always there.   When I use my sound bar and increase or decrease the volume the issue on the video is present.

@Mrjo90: This isn't something that I have encountered before, but if the issue has persisted following the troubleshooting steps you have attempted, then I recommend getting in touch with our Support Team, to arrange for the TV to be inspected by an engineer. With this in mind, please head to samsung.com > Scroll to the bottom of the screen > Contact us, and reach out via your preferred contact method, and an advisor will be on hand to provide further support.
