I am trying to install the SmartThings skill on my Alexa in order to connect it to my Samsung Tv. In order to do this I just log in to my Samsung account. For some reason it always redirects me to the US site even though I am from Canada. In the log in page I am shown 2 log in options 1 via gmail and the other through my actual account. Both methods do not work and it is not my log in credentials that are incorrect. When I log in via gmail I get an error message.
