How can you search all channels/apps?

We upgraded to a Samsung Smart TV at Christmas but had been using BT Vision previously. On BT we could search for a programme and it would show suggestions from all channels and apps that we had installed. The Samsung guide only wants to show me things from Apple and Chili (neither of which we're subscribed to). It's driving me mad. Is there a way to search everything (and change preferences so that it doesn't show certain apps)?

Could we take the model code and software version of your TV? Go to Home > Settings > Support > About This TV.

Hi Chris,

I have exactly the same issue. I am subscribed to Disney, Netflix, Amazon and others but none show any content in the universal guide.
