Help needed for Samsung 8 series tv

My tv has a message on it saying accessibility shortcut, I factory reset the tv after a lot of trying things, when the tv came back on I used the tv remote and it happened again and the tv remote is unresponsive, so I redid everything again and used smarthings to set tv up, it’s got rid of the message but I can now only use tv through my phone, .Is there a problem with the  remote or does anyone know what could be causing it

Hi @Mono33  Try disconnecting from the mains for 30 seconds.  However assuming Batteries are ok if still issues would need to re pair the Remote.  Press and hold the Return and Play/Pause buttons down for three seconds.   More information in this guide,charging may not be applicable though. https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/tv-audio-video/my-tv-remote-isnt-working/
