Registration of TV

Looking for advice please. Trying to register a TV. I enter the serial number of the TV that is clear from the box and it keeps saying its an invalid serial number. Number is 0DSE3SCW202015

I have ensured I haven't mixed letters and numbers for the '0' entries, tried lower and upper case to no avail. Anything jump out to anyone with this serial number. TV not at my home to get a physical check. Thanks

The box doesn't have the full serial number as the last character is missing, @KW61. You can find the full serial number in Support > About This TV.
