Hi everyone, two coloured stripes has appeared on my TV (QLED GQ55Q70) screen. I tried to turn off the TV, update software, no HDMI connection, it is there no matter which application is used. Any ideas how to fix it?

@cechy: If the issue is present on all channels and sources, then please head to Home > Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test. If the lines are visible in the sample picture, then please get in touch with our Help Desk via samsung.com > Scroll to the bottom of the screen > Contact us, and choose from the available support channels, and an advisor will be on hand to assist you further, and arrange an engineer's inspection.
Alternatively, try powering off the TV, unplug it at the wall for 30 seconds, plug it back in then power back on using the remote to see if this helps.
