I've been trying to get Samsung to fix this issue for ages and ages and according the the thread it's been an issue since 2022 or maybe before, I've requested a support call but when they call it only rings for a couple of rings before hanging up not even a chance to answer it, bloody annoying.

The issue used to only occur on 4K programs but since this last firmware update it is happening on all kind of programs. I think I called them about 10 times, wrote them 50 emails and many messages on social media when the issue was stuck to 4K sources. I was surprised they didn’t care at all, but now that they even found a way to worsen the situation, I’m really desperate and don’t know what to do. I live in France and I guess I could try some sort of a legal procedure as the product obviously does not provide what it is supposed to.

Hi
For me the new (N95B 2022) firmware has been updated automatically. That was really surprising to me. But it seems that the Q-Symphony issue is now solved. In the past Q-Symphony was not able to sync over HDMI (e-arc) connection. It was possible via Wifi or optical but there were a lot of interruptions or the connection got lost after putting on/off. Now it's working well without any problems. In addition there are some graphical updates of the menus. I can't say anything about USB update. I didn't try it.

The issue precisely is that what ever is the number set for the sharpness it does not change anything to the picture!!

Since the last update, Samsung has definitely made some changes to the sharpness setting. I always only had 5 and now I need 8-10. The picture also seems a bit blurry in general.
Has anyone else noticed this? I have the 65" QN95B.
Maybe Samsung has changed something in the upscaler, the picture looks very blurry at times 720/1080p
