have this TV updated a few days ago, firmware now on 1661.6 (07.03.25)... home screen redesign, "for you", "live TV" and "apps" menu moved to center (instead of a tile (you may need to do a factory reset for it to appear))

had to do full factory reset after update QE43QN90BATXXU refused to display Apps menu, which appears to now been relocated next to "For You" & "Live ?" instead of being a selectable tile with the installed Apps on the home screen.

My TV updated the other night and I was hoping that they had fixed the "too many reservations" issue, in case you haven't had this issue it occurs when a program is scheduled to record to an external connected hard disk, all is well until the counter cache gets filled and does not flush out all the old schedules which causes to cache to overflow with schedules, there has been quite a few posts regarding this issue for a few years now and Samsung has done diddly squat about fixing it, when speaking to them via web chat they suggest everything from resetting the TV back to factory settings to re-scan the channels and epg, none of these has worked, I even had one tell me that the hard disk may be faulty which was clearly not the case as it was possible to record to the disk a program that was in the progress of being shown but it wasn't possible to schedule a recording once the reservation list was full.
Obviously if you haven't had this issue then you have been lucky or you haven't yet exceeded the schedule list or not recorded anything to a hard disk.

Huge issue since the update on my QN95B: the sharpness setting doesn’t work! Tried on Prime, Disney, Max and Paramount. I like the picture to have be tough on sharpness (I know many will disagree but that is not the point) but since the update it looks the exact same whether it is set on 3 or 20!!!! What can I do? I already reboot, then reset the whole TV…

Seeing audio dropouts with Hulu/Disney+ and other apps on 1661. I have Samsung S95B and Samsung S990B connected via eARC. Can fix the issue by hard restarting both TV and soundbar. Please fix!

do record, not very often though, mainly one offs, dont tend to have lots of stuff, selected for recording... will test this again after update and see if its now broken...
