Edit Set-Up on S90D

I have just bought an OLED S90D and it has been set up. Unfortunately, the person setting it up set up my cable box as Sky instead of Virgin. I am now struggling to set up the one remote for the virgin remote and the Samsung remote so I can use the Samsung one for both.

How can I edit to change from Sky to Virgin in set ups and then how can I set up the one remote option so I don't have to use my Virgin remote. It's a V6 Virgin box.

Hi @Alan19651  welcome to the Samsung Community   If you go to the Universal Remote Set where sky is listed on the right hand side there should be a drop Down Menu and the third option is Delete.

once deleted on the left hand side option to set up New Device , go through all the steps to set it up correctly.  Select cable/Satellite Box and Tv directly or via Home theatre system as applicable.  You then need to enter your postcode  and  will be presented with a list of service providers, select the appropriate Virgin option.
