Hi, I don't get Atmos support (the icon doesn't even appear in the film preview screen, all you get is 5.1) on any of the content on internal Disney+ app running on my QE49Q70R.
I know they've reopened Atmos because the same movies on the Disney+ app running on my Nvidia shield 2019 has the Atmos logo.
Does anyone else have this problem with the Disney+ app on their Samsung? I've deleted and reinstalled the app already. Currently running Tizen 1356

Ok, I checked Raya, which said Atmos in the app, but Sonos reporter 5.1. Then I tried Shang-Chi, also said Atmos in the app...and actually gave me Atmos in Sonos.

Still no ATMOS support on Disney+ (1.7.1) and Q60R TV (1385).
Hope they will provide it until the release of "The book of Boba Fett".
Hearing that in primeval Dolby Digital 5.1 would make my ears start bleeding 😱

Yes but this happened with all the devices, IOS says Atmos but on Samsung and LG only give 5.1 with the soundbar

Sound like your devices are old, because my both TVs and both soundbars have the last upgrade of Tizen and now both can play Dolby Atmos

Make sure your tv is updated as well. Looks like it isn’t yet. After updating select a content in d+ with atmos .

I was probably a bit unclear. I meant the Tizen app, that is the D+ app on the samsung tv. It said that both movies had Atmos, but only one of the output Atmos

If your hardware supports atmos and e/arc it should work.
